Samsung expects Galaxy S III sales to top 10 million next month
Samsung expects its latest flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S III, to top 10 million sales as early as next month. This is despite ongoing component shortages, the Associated Press reported. Shin Jong-kyun, president of Samsung’s mobile communications business, revealed the news to reporters on Sunday. “It has been tough to keep up with demand,” the executive said, adding that the company expects to resolve the supply issues with mobile components sometime next week.
